HOW TO SHOP
STEP 1
After selecting an item from the shopping list, write the quantity and press Add to Cart button.
You may view your cart from View
button. Also the number of items in your shopping basket and your sub-total are
displayed on the shopping pages during your shopping.
STEP 2
Press Check-Out button to finish your
shopping. By stating the dates for your open ticket in Holiday Information
field, fill out the form completely. Press Verify Info button to examine
your order one last time before you actually submit it to be processed.
STEP 3
After verifying the information, click the Submit
Order For Processing button for check-out, or click the Make Changes
for changing your order.
STEP 4
After submitting your order, an ID number will be given via your e-mail,
confirming that you made a reservation within the stated dates and receive an open ticket.
STEP 5
Confirm your open ticket whenever you like,
within the dates of after reservation and 7 days prior to arrival date, from
Organize my Open Tickets by entering your ID number. KusadasiONLINE does not have
the responsibility for availibility of unconfirmed open tickets.
FAQ
Who charges my card? KusadasiONLINE or cooperated
companies?
When you make a booking with kusadasionline.com,
we will request a credit card number to secure your reservation. KusadasiONLINE
charges your card. If you cancel your order or do not come, we have the right to
charge you for 15% of the total price.
Is shopping safety on www.kusadasionline.com?
KusadasiONLINE guarantees safety
shopping. All information you provide to KusadasiONLINE
is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven
coding system that transmits all information provided by you to KusadasiONLINE
by letting your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you
send it. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the
Internet.

Everything that KusadasiONLINE sells
is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, but if you've made a mistake completing
your order, or if something doesn't look right on your order confirmation,

Is the price on the site per person?
Unless otherwise stated, the price that you see is
the price per person. Only the price for transfer is per car that is up to 4
person.
What are the child prices?
All of KusadasiONLINE offers are free for
0-6, and 50% for 7-12.
What happens after I book?
Upon booking successfully you will receive a
confirmation email from KusadasiONLINE. After that you will receive
ticket information.
Can somebody else use the tickets I've
booked?
Unfortunately, KusadasiONLINE
tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If tickets are being purchased
as a gift for someone, a signed letter to this effect is normally required with
a photocopy of the credit card.
What ID do I need when I take tour or other
services?
You will just need to give the name that you made
the booking under with a copy of your confirmation email.
Does the tour price include any meals or
extras?
It will be very clear in the information text that
you will have available before booking, if the tour includes meals or other
extras.
Do the tours by KusadasiONLINE include
entrance fees?
Yes, tour prices include entrance fees.
When will I receive the tickets?
You'll be
telephoned to your accommodation in Kusadasi and your tickets will be delivered by a representative
of KusadasiONLINE. So, it is advisable to give your holiday and hotel
information while booking.
