TOURS

1- All the tours provided by KusadasiONLINE are within Turkey.

2- All participants are responsible for their own international air transportation, including into and out of Turkey.

3- Any portions of services and features of the tour which are not used are neither refundable nor exchangeable.  

4- All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Tour prices are subject to change without prior notice.  

5- When you make a booking with kusadasionline.com, your credit card number will be requested to secure your reservation. If you cancel your order or do not come, KusadasiONLINE has the right to charge you for 15% of the total price

6- The tours that KusadasiONLINE sells are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, but if you've made a mistake completing your order, or if something doesn't look right on your order confirmation, e-mail us at urgent@kusadasionline.com or phone us at 90-256-6131203.

7- Unless otherwise stated, the price that you see is the price per person.

MOBILE PHONE RENTAL

1- All rental equipment and remains the sole property of KusadasiONLINE. Subscribers are responsible to keep all rented equipment in good working condition. In the event of a loss or damage to the equipment a replacement or repair charges up to $100.00 will be charged, in addition to any other related  countour and expanses occurred for calls made.

2- KusadasiONLINE’s mobile phones can be used to place local and international calls from Turkey and to receive calls.
 
3- If  KusadasiONLINE suspects fraudulent use of mobile phone, service may be terminated without notice.

4- KusadasiONLINE may refuse to rent a mobile phone to a Subscriber after verification of information given by the Subscriber.

5- KusadasiONLINE is not liable for any failure or performance due to causes beyond our control, or for consequential damages of mobile phone servicing.

6- If the mobile phone which is rented by the Subscriber is not returned back or the rental is not renewed (by e-mail or by phone), KusadasiONLINE will charge the Subscriber's Credit Card the sum of US $100.00 for the mobile phone and the line will be immediately terminated.

7- KusadasiONLINE reserves the right to rent a different model of mobile phone related to its rental stocks.

PRIVACY POLICY

1- KusadasiONLINE is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect on the site only for the purposes for which you have consented. We will never willfully disclose personal information about you nor sell individual customer names or other private profile information to any third party other than to process your order without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.

2- KusadasiONLINE e-mail lists are only sent to you if you have expressly requested it. Information collected by - KusadasiONLINE for such contests can include contact information and survey questions. Contact information is used to notify contest winners and survey information is used to develop promotions and product improvements to KusadasiONLINE. 

5- KusadasiONLINE values opinions and comments from members, so we frequently conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all members. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to KusadasiONLINE and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for members. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey
